The metro station (lines L2 and L5) is less than 200 metres away, providing direct access to the city centre, Plaça de Catalunya, and El Prat Airport (approximately 14 km / 30 minutes by taxi). Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are a 20-minute walk. The neighbourhood is well-served with supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and a variety of restaurants and cafés within a few minutes' walk. The cruise port is about 15-20 minutes by taxi, and Camp Nou is 25-30 minutes by metro. The area is considered the top-rated neighbourhood in Barcelona for its walkability and convenience.

Each apartment offers 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds, the other with bunk beds), a separate living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and electric kettle. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Amenities include free WiFi, flat-screen TV, safe, heating, parquet flooring, and soundproof rooms. Bed linen, towels, and basic initial cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. Apartments do not have balconies, but some upper-floor units offer a view of Sagrada Familia.
