Oxford Street is reachable in 10 minutes by public transport, and Regent's Park is a 20-minute walk away. The West End's theatres and shops are about 20 minutes away via bus or tube. Numerous restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a laundromat are within 5-10 minutes on Marchmont Street.

Room sizes vary significantly. Single and twin rooms can feel compact, especially for two people with luggage, though quadruple and family rooms (with a double and two singles) are more spacious. Triple rooms have a double and a single bed. All rooms include an en suite bathroom, tea/coffee facilities (including a Nespresso machine), hairdryer, safe, and free toiletries. Air conditioning and soundproofing are standard, though some lower-ground rooms have no opening windows or limited natural light. Expect creaky floorboards and slamming doors in the older building. Rooms in the annex across the street may have a large external fan that can be noisy. A few rooms overlook the park. No rooms have a balcony or mini-fridge.
