HOTEL STUDIA, Paris

Walking to Notre Dame takes about 7 minutes, and Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, and Saint-Michel Square are all within easy reach. Paris-Orly Airport is 13 km away. The metro stop at the door gives direct connections to central lines, though some routes may require a short transfer. Numerous restaurants, bakeries, and shops line the surrounding streets, making the area self-sufficient for meals and essentials. The boulevard location means street-facing rooms can experience noise, especially with windows open; courtyard-facing rooms offer more quiet. Using the metro or walking is the most practical way to move around, as parking is limited and off-site.

Each room has heating, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a private bathroom with a new shower; others have only a sink inside the room and a shared toilet in the corridor. Room sizes vary, with some described as very small - suitable primarily for short stays or solo travellers. A balcony overlooking the street is available in some rooms but adds street noise. The building has a dated feel, with some furniture and carpets showing wear. Air conditioning is only hot-air; there is no central cooling, so rooms can become warm in summer. Soundproofing between rooms and from the street is limited. Daily cleaning is offered. The lift is compact (fits one person with luggage).

The breakfast is a continental selection including a baguette, croissant, and hot drinks. For those who prefer a wider or heartier morning meal, the Quartier Latin has many nearby cafés, bakeries, and restaurants - several are just 0.5 km away. Le Twickenham, Le Maharajah, Le Coupe-Chou, La Maison d'Isabelle, and Cafe du Metro all offer alternatives within a 5-minute walk. Dinner is not served at the hotel, but the neighbourhood provides ample dining options for all meals. If you want an evening meal without going far, you can choose from a range of cuisines just around the corner.
