The area feels safe and is not overly touristy, with several restaurants, bakeries, and shops within a few steps. AccorHotels Arena, Bercy, and the Promenade Plantée are easily reachable on foot. Room sizes vary: Single rooms (8 m2) are very compact with a single bed; Comfort rooms (10 m2) and Superior rooms (11 m2) offer double or twin beds. Only three Superior doubles have a balcony - request when booking. The Premium room (18 m2) sleeps up to four on two double beds, and there is a 15 m2 accessible room for reduced mobility. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and safety deposit box. Beds are medium to firm. Sound insulation between rooms is limited, so noise from neighbours or the corridor may be audible - light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. Rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, with many recently renovated bathrooms. Note that there are no tea/coffee-making facilities or minibars; the front desk can store small items in a fridge if needed.

Served in a cosy dining room (partly downstairs), the buffet includes croissants, brioche, bread, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt, cereals, jam, Nutella, and fresh coffee.
