The Knot Tokyo Shinjuku guest rooms use materials and colors that capture the greenery from Shinjuku Central Park. Rooms overlook the Tokyo Metropolitan Building. The Terrace Suite spans over 200㎡ and can function as a party or banquet room. Room amenities include shampoo, conditioner, face and hand soap, body soap, face towel, body towel, toothbrush, coffee, mineral water, a bathrobe, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, a safe, and deodorant. Body sponges, razors, and hair brushes are available at the front desk. Guests can rent additional amenities.

The Knot Tokyo Shinjuku offers all-day dining. Guests can start the morning at the TAPAS LOUNGE with fresh bread and tea. MORETHAN BAKERY offers Shokupan white bread, croissants, and hearty loaves. MORETHAN GRILL, on the second floor, features seasonal vegetables and fish, and meat cooked in the Josper oven. A popular dish is grilled Toman Beef, bred by farmers in Kyushu. MORETHAN TAPAS LOUNGE offers a lunch buffet with seafood, meat, and vegetables, plus tea service. The lounge becomes an open bar in the evening, serving sushi-inspired pinchos, tapas, and paella.

The Knot Tokyo Shinjuku has open areas on the first and second floors where guests can eat, work, relax, and view artwork. Furniture includes dining tables and sofas. The restaurant, bar, lounge, and lobby unite as a single space.

The Knot Tokyo Shinjuku faces Shinjuku Central Park, near different spots that change between day and night. It is a 4-minute walk from Subway Oedo Line Tochomae Station (E28) A5 Exit and a 14-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station (JY17 and JC05) West Exit. By train, it takes about 40 minutes from Haneda Airport to JR Shinjuku Station (Keikyu Line and JR Yamanote Line). The Limousine Bus takes about 45 minutes from Haneda Airport to JR Shinjuku Station West Exit. From Narita Airport to JR Shinjuku Station, the JR Narita Express takes about 85 minutes, and the Limousine Bus takes about 120 minutes to JR Shinjuku Station West Exit.

The Guest can check into the contracted guest room of the Hotel from 3 p.m. of the day of arrival to 10 a.m. the next morning. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. The Hotel may refuse the use of the Hotel Facilities by any of the following organizations or individuals: An individual who is deemed to have conducted acts of violence, injury, threat, or made overbearing undue claims or similar acts. The Hotel will conduct marketing activities such as mailing information on various stay plans and events. Cleaning of Guest Rooms: For guests with extended stay, a full cleaning will be conducted on once in the every 3rd day of your stay.
