The hotel sits in a quieter part of Shibuya, a 5-10 minute walk from both Sasazuka and Hatagaya stations (Keio Line). Shinjuku is 2-3 stops away, and Shibuya is reachable by a direct bus stopping right outside the hotel. For airport access, take a bus from Narita to Shinjuku then the Keio Line; from Haneda, take the express bus to Shinjuku Bus Terminal (30 min) then a 15-minute taxi. The neighbourhood feels safe after dark and has a good concentration of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Shimokitazawa is an easy 20-minute walk.

Breakfast is not served on-site, but a rooftop lounge offers free coffee, tea, soft drinks, and crackers throughout the day. Each room has an electric kettle and tea/coffee-making facilities. Microwaves are available on the floors. Within a 5-minute walk around Sasazuka station, there are numerous ramen shops (Menya Fukumaru, Abura-soba Tetsu), Italian restaurants (Chianti group), bakeries (Boulangerie Caca), and a large supermarket open late. A 100-yen shop is also nearby for snacks and essentials.

The rooftop terrace on the 9th floor is the primary leisure space. It features outdoor furniture, a picnic area, and a fireplace. Complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks) and snacks are available there 24/7. The space also serves as a designated smoking area. While there is no gym or pool, the terrace functions as a quiet retreat for winding down after exploring the city. A small collection of free toiletries and adapters is available at the reception.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins, luggage forwarding (write the reservation name), and luggage storage before check-in or after check-out until 8pm. Daily housekeeping is included; towels are replaced. Laundry costs JPY 2000 per basket - drop off in the morning for afternoon return. There are three laundromat locations near the hotel. Fax/photocopying and ironing are free. Security includes 24-hour CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Parking is not available.
