The Charlotte-Douglas International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. A bus and metro station are located just across the street. Although the area is generally walkable, some streets may feel less populated at night; valet parking is recommended for vehicles.

Room sizes range from standard to spacious suites. The two-queen suite can accommodate up to six people with a pull-out sofa. King suites feature a separate living room. Beds are consistently described as comfortable, and rooms are generally clean. Some rooms may show signs of wear (noisy AC units, minor maintenance issues). Noise from hallways and adjacent rooms can occur. No balconies or jacuzzis are available. Adjoining rooms can be requested. Microwaves are not standard but can be delivered upon request.

Breakfast is available Monday-Friday 6:30-9:30 AM and Saturday-Sunday 7-10 AM, featuring hot items such as eggs and sausage, along with pastries, fruit, and beverages. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak times. Fahrenheit, the rooftop restaurant, serves dinner and cocktails with a panoramic view of downtown Charlotte. It operates independently from the hotel and enforces a no-photography policy. Several other dining options are within a short walk, including Blackfinn Ameripub and Bojangles'.

The fitness centre is equipped with cardio and strength-training machines. The rooftop pool provides a space to relax, though it has been reported closed for maintenance at various times. No spa or other leisure facilities are on-site.
