Some rooms have bathtubs, and high-floor rooms are available. While many find the rooms spacious and comfortable, some report dated carpets, occasional odors, and thin walls. Water pressure and hot water can be inconsistent. Room servicing is not automatic; request at front desk for daily cleaning. Pets are allowed for a $75 fee (dogs under 23 kg).

The outdoor pool is a popular spot for relaxing after a day at Busch Gardens. The fitness centre has cardio equipment like treadmills. Note that the pool closing time may vary; some report it closes earlier than posted during off-season. Sun loungers are free. The golf course nearby is at an additional charge.

The hotel offers a range of practical services: a business centre with fax/photocopying, meeting/banquet space, and a shared lounge. The free shuttle to Busch Gardens is a major perk, but it requires advance booking and may have limited capacity. Parking is on-site for $12/day plus tax; some notes indicate the lot is poorly lit and has had security concerns. A $50 incidental hold is placed at check-in. Pets are allowed for a $75 fee (dogs under 23 kg, two dogs max combined weight 34 kg). The hotel is accessible with a lift and facilities for disabled guests.
