No airport shuttle is available, so a rental car or rideshare is necessary. Marco Walk Plaza, offering retail, a cinema, and dining, is within a 2-minute walk. Numerous restaurants, including Pinchers (crab and seafood), Da Vinci's (Italian), and Oyster Society (seafood), are located across the street or within a short stroll. Naples, with its shopping and entertainment, is a short drive north.

Rooms are dressed in a contemporary style and feature Hilton Serenity Beds, 55-inch LCD TVs, Cuisinart coffeemakers, mini-refrigerators, in-room safes, and work desks with charging panels. Bathrooms include granite vanities, luxury amenities, and walk-in showers; some rooms have soaking tubs. Connecting rooms are available. The menu focuses on locally sourced seafood and farm-fresh produce from its own chef's garden. The Bar at 560 offers craft cocktails and local brews with indoor and outdoor seating. During the day, the 'Gulf Cart' roams the beach serving drinks, salads, and sandwiches (7am-9pm). For quick bites, 560 MKT is a grab-and-go spot with an Illy coffee bar, pizza, and gelato. Breakfast carries a $20 surcharge.

The heated free-form outdoor pool and whirlpool are open year-round (8am-9pm), with children's water features. The spa at Hilton Marco Island is a 900 m² facility with 10 treatment rooms, a salon, a relaxation lounge, and a tranquil spa garden. Services include facials, massages, body treatments, and nail and hair care. Spa access and treatments are priced separately. The 24-hour fitness center is equipped with PRECOR cardio and strength equipment but is compact. On the beach, water sports operated by Marco Island Watersports include guided waverunner eco-tours, parasailing, banana boat rides, and dolphin watch and shelling cruises departing directly from the hotel's beach.
