Bedrooms are basic and compact, with bathrooms often described as very small. Each room has a private shower, toilet, and sink, plus free toiletries. Rooms feature a fan (no air conditioning), heating, and carpeted floors. Some rooms have windows overlooking the courtyard, while others face the street. Basement and ground-floor rooms can experience vibration and noise from the tube line running underneath. Upper-floor rooms are quieter but require climbing steep stairs - there is no lift. A safety deposit box is available for a charge. Daily housekeeping is provided, and fresh towels are available on request. Some rooms have wobbly furniture or outdated decor; the hotel is in need of refurbishment.

The breakfast does not include a full English selection or hot items like bacon and sausages. The breakfast room is open from 7:00 to 9:30. There is no on-site restaurant or bar; the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. Several restaurants, takeaways, and cafes are within a 2-minute walk, including Indian, Italian, steakhouse, and fast-food options.
