The hotel is situated in St Peters, a post-industrial suburb in Sydney's inner west, right between a KFC and a McDonald's. The location is particularly convenient for airport access-taxis and Ubers cost $20-$30 and take about 10 minutes. Public transport options include St Peters train station (10-15 minutes on foot) and bus stops immediately outside. King Street Newtown, with its dining and entertainment, is within walking distance. The Enmore Theatre and Sydney University are also nearby. The setting is practical for transit stays or exploring the local area, but the proximity to fast-food outlets and a major road means some rooms may pick up traffic and delivery noise.

All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a private shower (no bathtub), and a desk. The bathroom is compact, with the sink located in the main room rather than the bathroom. The shower cubicle is small, and water can escape onto the floor-there is no bath mat provided by default. Some rooms have a view of the airport runway. Rooms can feel cramped, especially for two people, and décor may appear dated.
