ISA SWEET HOME, Venice

The apartment sits on a quiet street just two bridges from the train station, a major advantage since Venice has narrow cobbled streets. Santa Croce is a local neighbourhood with pasticcerie, restaurants, and supermarkets within a few steps, yet all major sights - Rialto Bridge (17 min walk), St. Mark's Square (15-20 min), and Ca' d'Oro (2 km) - are easily reachable on foot or by vaporetto. The flat ground-level access from Piazzale Roma means you can roll suitcases without struggling over multiple bridges. Late-night arrivals are no problem: the self-check-in system works around the clock.

This apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a sofa bed (comfortable for two). Each room has its own private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The living/dining area is centred on a galley kitchen with breakfast-bar seating (high stools) - there is no separate lounge, so it works best for guests who plan to be out exploring. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all cookware. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs, a wardrobe, and quality bedding. The apartment is on the ground floor with no stairs, and the street is quiet despite being steps from the main routes. City views are visible from the windows, though the property has no balcony.

The on-site restaurant (Impronta Restaurant Venice) serves brunch, lunch, and dinner, with a romantic and family-friendly atmosphere. A bar, snack bar, and room service are also available. For a morning pastry and coffee, a pasticceria is just steps away. The area - Santa Croce - is filled with authentic restaurants like Pizzeria Vittoria, Ristorante Da Nino, and Bacareto Da Lele, all within a 5-minute walk. If you prefer to cook, the apartment's kitchen includes everything you need for preparing simple meals. A welcome bottle of wine and coffee are provided as a complimentary touch.

The apartment does not include a pool, spa, or gym. For active guests, the property offers free bicycle rental, and the surrounding area supports bike tours, cycling, walking tours, and canoeing. Venice itself provides endless exploration on foot. Entertainment options include a casino, nightclub/DJ, and live music at nearby venues. Families can use the children's playground and kids' outdoor play equipment.

The property provides free high-speed WiFi throughout. The 24-hour front desk can assist with express check-in/out, currency exchange, tour desk, and locker use. Luggage storage is available at a paid facility very close to the apartment (not on site). Laundry and dry cleaning can be arranged. Business facilities include fax/photocopying. Parking is accessible nearby (€35/day, no reservation needed) and includes accessible spaces and an electric vehicle charging station. No pets are allowed. The apartment is secure with CCTV, a safety deposit box, and key access. The ground-floor, step-free access is ideal for guests with reduced mobility.
