The hotel lies in a quiet business district, 5 km from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, 4 km from IFEMA, and 7 km from both the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and El Retiro Park. Around 10 restaurants and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk, and a large park is nearby for relaxing walks. The airport shuttle bus (line 200) stops about 8 minutes away by taxi. The metro station has no lift to the last level (long staircase). Car access is straightforward, but on-site parking is unavailable.

Twin/double rooms feature air conditioning, a minibar, coffee machine, wardrobe, safe, flat-screen TV, and hairdryer. The rooms are large and quiet (especially those away from lifts and cleaning areas). Soundproofing between rooms is good. Rooms on lower floors or near equipment rooms may experience noise from machinery. The climate control is centralized - some rooms can only be set to cool or heat, and some have a bright green emergency light that cannot be turned off. Bedding is new and clean; daily housekeeping is provided. Rooms overlooking the quiet street offer a restful stay.

The breakfast buffet is served in a ground-floor area with a coffee machine and a selection of pastries, bread, cold cuts, and hot options. Seating is limited to about 6 tables. Several restaurants are within a 2-5 minute walk, including Italian, Asian, and Spanish cuisine. The surrounding area also has grocery stores for self-catering.

The rooftop swimming pool (1.8 m deep, small capacity - max 10 people, 6 loungers) is open during the warmer months (typically until September 13).
