The hotel sits on a lively street in the Chueca district, known for its bars, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Gran Vía is just a couple of minutes away, and Puerta del Sol (500 m), Plaza Mayor (800 m) and Puerta de Alcalá (1 km) are all walkable. Major museums such as the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza are within a 15-20 minute stroll, and El Retiro park is 1 km away. The airport express bus stops at Cibeles (10 min walk), and the nearest metro station is a few minutes away, providing direct connections to Atocha station (5 min by metro). The area is very pedestrian-friendly for sightseeing and dining, but the street noise from bars and late-night activity can be significant, especially in rooms facing the front. Guests with a car should note that no parking is available; the nearest public garage is about 300 m from the property.

Rooms range from singles to quadruples, each individually themed to a different world destination. All are air-conditioned and heated, with soundproof walls, parquet floors, a wardrobe, safe deposit box and flat-screen TV. Private bathrooms have a shower (or spa bath in some rooms), free toiletries, hairdryer and daily replenished water. Rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter, while front-facing rooms with balconies offer city views but are exposed to street noise from the vibrant Chueca nightlife - light sleepers should request an upper floor or courtyard-facing room. Many rooms are described as compact, especially the bathrooms, and some attic rooms have sloping ceilings. Storage is limited (no drawers or desk in some rooms), and there is no tea/coffee maker; a kettle can be borrowed from reception. Room servicing is daily, with linen and towel changes as standard. The property has a lift and is wheelchair accessible.

Breakfast costs €7 and is offered at La Española, a traditional Spanish tavern about a 3-5 minute walk away. It is a set-menu option (not a buffet), with choices such as sandwiches, churros, coffee and juice. The service starts at 8:00 AM, so early departures may not be able to use it; a takeaway picnic can be arranged on request. Half-board dinners are also available at the same venue, featuring Spanish dishes. For other meals, there are dozens of restaurants, cafés and bakeries within a few blocks, including El Tigre (0.5 km), steakburger Gran Vía (0.5 km) and Yakitoro (0.5 km). The hotel has no in-house restaurant or bar, but the 24-hour reception can assist with local recommendations and dinner reservations.

The hotel's reception can provide tourist information, maps and tickets for museums, sightseeing buses and excursions.
