The hotel sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood, adjacent to a major highway, offering convenient car access but limited walkable dining and shops - the nearest restaurants and a supermarket are about a 10-minute walk via a busy road. Canillejas metro station (Line 5) is 5-7 minutes on foot, taking you directly to Gran Vía in about 25 minutes, and Wanda Metropolitano Stadium is 5 km away. Madrid-Barajas Airport is roughly 10 minutes by car, and IFEMA is just 5 minutes away, making the location ideal for tradeshow visitors or early-flight travellers. Street parking is available for free, while the on-site garage costs €10 per day. The metro provides the most practical option for reaching the city centre without a car.

Rooms are compact and contemporary, with many located in the newly refurbished Galatea building that has lift access. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, plus a desk and flat-screen satellite TV. The Double Galatea and Double Plus Galatea rooms add a fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils - ideal for preparing simple snacks. Superior Double rooms include a free capsule coffee machine and either a private terrace or a whirlpool bath (subject to availability). Basement-level rooms (level -1) have a small window or none, with limited natural light and potential noise from water pipes or neighbouring rooms - these are best avoided by light-sensitive travellers. Some older rooms and those facing the highway can hear traffic noise; soundproofing is limited. Air conditioning is available but may not function effectively during cooler months, when it can blow warm air only.

Breakfast is a continental buffet served from 07:30 to 10:00, costing €10 per person.
