Plaza de España Metro Station is 7 minutes away, and the larger Príncipe Pío transport hub is also nearby, providing direct metro and train links to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (20 km). Gran Via and the city centre are within 10 minutes on foot. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with several supermarkets, restaurants, and a park at the sunset point within easy reach.

Rooms are compact in size, typical for a central hostel, with the most spacious being the family rooms and some 4-bed dorms. Dormitories range from 6 to 12 beds, each with a private en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Beds feature privacy curtains, individual reading lights, USB charging ports, and a shelf. Large lockers accessed by key card are available under the beds. Air conditioning and soundproof walls are standard. Some rooms are on lower levels with no natural light; rooms on upper floors tend to be brighter and quieter. The private bathroom may be small, and the shower area can leak water onto the floor. Limited space means luggage may need to be stored in lockers rather than left open.

Breakfast is available from 07:30 to 10:30 in the common area at a cost of 7 EUR per person. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cheese, fruits, juice, and local specialities, plus a coffee machine (coffee from the machine may cost extra). Vegan options are provided. The breakfast is basic but sufficient for a light start. For a fuller meal or variety, the surrounding area offers numerous cafés and restaurants within a short walk. The on-site bar serves drinks and snacks, and a coffee shop is also available.

A shared lounge and TV area provide space to relax, and the games room offers board games and puzzles. The property features an indoor play area for children.
