Shibuya Station is a 5-10 minute walk, providing direct rail links across Tokyo. Multiple convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are steps away, and dozens of restaurants and bars line the surrounding streets. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 20 km away. The area is lively and well-connected, though the short uphill walk from the station and the concentration of clubs can mean some street noise on weekend nights.

The hotel offers two non-smoking room types: the Large Double Room and the Economy Double Room. All rooms include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free WiFi, and a tea and coffee maker with an electric kettle. The private bathrooms feature a bath, shower, bidet, free toiletries, bathrobes, and bath salts. Room sizes are generous by Tokyo standards, with enough space for luggage and comfortable movement. Some rooms have a round bed and a jacuzzi bath. Road-facing rooms can pick up street noise, but overall soundproofing is effective.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast, so meals need to be planned independently.
