The hotel sits a minute's walk from Asakusa Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, and a five-minute walk from the Ginza Line. Senso-ji Temple and its traditional shopping street are a ten-minute walk away, while Tokyo Skytree is a nine-minute train ride on the Toei Asakusa Line. Ueno Station is seven minutes by train. A Family Mart convenience store is across the street, and numerous restaurants and bars are within a two-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, making it suitable for light sleepers, though street noise can still be heard in rooms facing the road.

All rooms are compact but well-equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. Each has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Twin rooms are 14 m2 and some have tatami flooring. Under-bed storage is available, but floor space is limited, making it difficult to open large suitcases fully. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, and some rooms have windows facing a wall with no natural light. The air conditioning is generally effective, though a few units have been reported to be noisy or prone to leaking. Pillows are basic, and mattresses may feel firm to those with back concerns.

Each morning, the hotel provides a free packaged bread and a choice of a drink at the lobby, which can be picked up before 9:00. For more substantial meals, numerous restaurants, including soba, eel, Chinese, and ramen options, are within a two-minute walk. A convenience store across the street offers snacks and drinks. It is accessible all day and is a popular spot to relax with a drink, especially at night when the Skytree is lit up. There are no other wellness or leisure facilities on-site.
