KOKO HOTEL GINZA-1CHOME, Tokyo

The hotel is on a quiet street in the Ginza business district, yet the main Ginza shopping streets and a 7-Eleven convenience store are right across the street. Multiple subway stations are within a 5-10 minute walk: Ginza Station (Ginza Line, Hibiya Line, Marunouchi Line) and Kyobashi Station. Tokyo Station is a 10-15 minute walk away, providing Shinkansen and JR lines for day trips. Haneda Airport can be reached via direct metro connections. The surrounding area is excellent for shopping and dining, with numerous restaurants within 0.5 km. The Imperial Palace and Tsukiji Outer Market are within 20 minutes on foot.

Room options include double rooms (one bed, 14m2) and twin rooms (two or three beds). All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. The rooms are very compact; those traveling with two large suitcases may find floor space extremely limited. Standard room furnishings include a safe, wardrobe, desk, and flat-screen TV. Some rooms offer executive lounge access (12th-floor priority floor). Rooms are generally clean but some are described as dated; a few bathrooms have reported odor issues from shower curtains or air conditioning units due to limited ventilation.

There is no breakfast service or restaurant at the hotel. A vending machine with drinks and a self-serve amenity area (coffee, tea, drip coffee bags) are available in the lobby. The 12th-floor lounge (accessible to priority rooms) offers free snacks, drinks, and morning pancakes. The immediate area offers a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, and a 7-Eleven across the street for grab-and-go meals.

The hotel does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The ground-floor coin laundry has two machines (washer + dryer) and is available 24/7, though limited capacity can mean waits during peak hours. A shared lounge/TV area is available for guest use.
