K+T BOARDINGHOUSE, Vienna

The property sits on a quiet side street yet is steps from the bustling shopping district. The metro station provides direct connections to the airport (via Wien Mitte) and all major sights. The Naschmarkt open-air market is a 10-minute walk, and Schönbrunn Palace is a 10-minute drive or quick metro ride. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable late at night, with many restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks. For car users, a public parking garage is located behind the building (€16/day with hotel card). Airport shuttle is not available, but the metro connection is straightforward.

For leisure, you can join free walking tours to explore Vienna's historic centre, visit temporary art exhibitions, or take children to a nearby playground (all free of charge and off-site). The property itself has no pool, spa, or gym. However, the excellent location means that Vienna's many museums, parks, and cultural attractions are easily accessible on foot or by metro.

The reception is not staffed 24/7, but check-in is flexible by arrangement (08:30-22:00) and luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out. Express check-in/out and private check-in/out are offered. The property provides a free city map upon arrival. Business services like fax/photocopying are available for an extra charge. Security features include 24-hour surveillance, key access, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. The building has no elevator. Pets are not allowed. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard.
