The Museum Quarter is 2 km from the property, and many museums and attractions are within a walk of half an hour or less. A supermarket sits directly across the road, and restaurants, cafés and shops are clustered around the building. Rooms on the inner courtyard stay noticeably quiet despite the busy main-street position.

Double rooms include a double bed and a sleeper sofa, sleeping up to four, with an extra folding bed available for a fifth person. Apartment layouts add one or two separate bedrooms, a living room and a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher and cookware, plus a washing machine and dryer. Larger family configurations can sleep up to six using additional sofa beds. All rooms have a seating area, tea and coffee making facilities, a dining area and either city or inner-courtyard views; refrigerators are available on request in double rooms, and a shared refrigerator is provided in common areas. No rooms have balconies. High ceilings, parquet floors and comfortable bedding help the historic building feel practical and calm.

The property does not operate a restaurant. Breakfast options depend on the selected room and dates. Rooms include tea and coffee makers; apartments have full kitchens with stovetop, oven, dishwasher and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. A supermarket is directly across the street, and a minimarket is on site. The surrounding pedestrian shopping area also has cafés and eateries within roughly 300-500 metres, including Cafe Ritter, zina's eatery, Stylez, Radatz Schmecks and Brasserie De La Marie.

The building contains no spa, pool or wellness centre, so the neighbourhood becomes the leisure base. Mariahilfer Straße is directly outside for shopping and cafés, and the main cultural and historic sights are within walking distance. This suits those who want a central base for sightseeing rather than on-site recreation.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out, which is useful for late flights or an extra day of sightseeing. Laundry and ironing services are offered for an additional charge, and the laundry room can also store bicycles. Arrival is coordinated directly with the owner by message, including for late check-ins up to 23:30. Parking is available on site at EUR 18 per day and must be reserved in advance; the garage lies just across the street.
