A SPAR supermarket is in the same building, and numerous restaurants and shops line the streets around the Naschmarkt. The hotel is about a 35-minute walk from Vienna Central Station, with faster public transport options available.

Double and single rooms offer private bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Economy double rooms have been renovated. Some rooms are located in the older student-dormitory section with long corridors and basic furniture, while newer rooms face the courtyard or street. Street-facing rooms are best avoided during summer due to noise from nearby bars and traffic. Room features include heating, a fan (no air conditioning), and storage space; there is no mini-fridge or kettle unless requested at reception. Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Rooms with a private bathroom and wheelchair-accessible options are available, including models with two separate single beds.
