The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of the Museum Quarter and the historic city centre. Public transport connections are excellent: the U2 and U3 metro lines, bus 57A, and several tram stops are all within a few minutes' walk. Vienna Westbahnhof is 10 minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood offers numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The quiet street location ensures minimal street noise while keeping all attractions easily reachable.

All rooms feature a seating area, wardrobe, and quiet street view. Some rooms have been recently renovated and include modern bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower. Room sizes vary: single rooms are compact, while family and quadruple rooms are more spacious (all beds in one room). In-room amenities do not include a fridge or kettle, but a limited number of kettles can be requested at reception. Free coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby. Soundproofing reduces street noise, though internal noise from adjoining rooms and corridors may be audible. Air conditioning has been installed in all rooms and public areas since 2024.

The buffet includes breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, fruit salad, cooked eggs, 2-3 hot dishes, and unlimited coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, and water. For early departures, the hotel can prepare a lunch package or offer early coffee and tea upon request. There is no restaurant on site, but the lobby vending machines offer drinks and snacks, and numerous dining options are within a short walk on Mariahilfer Straße and around Spittelberg.
