The Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre and the Florence Conference Centre are approximately 800 metres away, about a 5-minute walk. Electric vehicle charging stations are available within a minute of the hotel, and several restaurants and cafés are within a short walk. The location is well-suited for both leisure and business travellers who value a quieter setting with straightforward public transport.

Room categories offer distinct sizes: STANDARD rooms are compact and functional (14 m2), while SUPERIOR (16 m2) and DELUXE (17 m2) are more spacious and include updated furnishings and bathrooms.
