LA QUINTA BY WYNDHAM PHOENIX CHANDLER, Phoenix

Situated near the junction of I-10 and the San Tan 202 freeway, the hotel provides quick access to both Phoenix and the East Valley. Firebird International Raceway is 5 km away, Wild Horse Pass Casino is an 6-minute drive, and Legacy Golf Resort is 14 km from the property. Central Phoenix is 24 km north. The immediate area is packed with fast-food and casual dining chains such as Cracker Barrel, Carl's Jr., Wendy's, and Waffle House within a 5-minute walk or short drive. For scenic hiking, South Mountain Park is a short drive south. While the highway connection is excellent for car travel, the property does not have an airport shuttle, so a taxi or ride-share is necessary to get from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Parking is free and spacious on site, including dedicated spots for large trucks and RVs.

The complimentary breakfast includes both hot and cold options: make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, and a variety of cereals. Coffee and tea are available throughout the morning. The breakfast is generally considered good for a complimentary offering, though the selection is identical each day and can run low toward the end of the service window. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, but a Cracker Barrel is only 400 yards away, and several fast-food and pizza options are within walking distance, including Spinato's Pizzeria, Denny's, and Whataburger.

The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally and comes with sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and pool towels. The adjacent hot tub/jacuzzi is free to use and its jets are noted to work well, though the water temperature can occasionally be lukewarm. The 24-hour fitness center offers basic exercise equipment. Both the pool area and hot tub are available until 10:00 PM. The hotel does not have a spa or wellness centre. The pool area is a pleasant spot to relax, and many appreciate having these facilities available after a long day of travel or exploring.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Parking is free and on-site with no reservation needed; accessible spots and large vehicle/RV parking are available. The 24-hour front desk provides concierge service and can store luggage at no charge. An ATM/cash machine is located on the property. A guest launderette (coin-operated) is on the third floor. The business centre offers free fax and photocopying, and the 33 m² meeting room can accommodate up to 10 guests for an additional fee. Pets are allowed with a completed pet agreement at check-in; there is no extra fee. The entire property is non-smoking and includes facilities for disabled guests (tactile signs, wheelchair access, roll-in showers). Housekeeping is provided only upon request. Key cards are used for room and exterior doors; they may need re-activation at the front desk if they stop working. The elevator serves all floors.
