The area is very safe even late at night for airport transfers. Metro and bus stops are within a few hundred metres, making car use unnecessary except for day trips. Parking nearby costs €10 per day, and street parking is also available.

The bedroom has a king-size bed; the living room contains a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two children or one adult.
