The metro (lineC) and multiple tram stops are virtually at the doorstep, making it easy to reach the historic centre, main train station, and the airport bus stop in about 10minutes by night bus. The surrounding area is packed with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Wenceslas Square and the Old Town are a pleasant 5- to 10-minute walk, while Prague Castle is a short tram ride away. The hotel sits on a main road, so rooms facing the street can experience traffic and tram noise; comfort rooms with soundproof windows mitigate this.

Two categories are available: standard and comfort. Comfort rooms are newly renovated with high-quality mattresses, soundproof windows, and blackout curtains - ideal for light sleepers. Standard rooms are more basic but still clean and roomy. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower (some have a bath), free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms on upper floors offer panoramic views over the Old Town. Air conditioning is limited to a few double rooms; standard rooms rely on a fan during hot weather. Noise from thin walls and the street is a known challenge, so comfort rooms are recommended. No kettle, fridge, or balcony in rooms.

Breakfast is served from approximately 7:30am (ordering by 6pm the previous day may be required) and includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit, and hot drinks. While adequate for a quick start, the selection is basic. For lunch and dinner, several eateries within a 5-minute walk include Plzenska Restaurace U Graffu (Czech cuisine), Bao Bao (Asian), and Pivovarsky dum (pub). A minimarket is located just outside the hotel for snacks and drinks.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins, tour bookings, and visa confirmation letters. Luggage storage is complimentary before check-in and after checkout. An airport shuttle can be arranged for 35€ one way (30-minute drive). A meeting/banquet room is available for an additional fee.
