Hotel Details

Location

In the Montparnasse area, two minutes from Gaîté Metro and five from Montparnasse Station. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Gaîté Metro (line 13) is a 2-minute walk, providing direct access to the Champs-Elysées and other central areas. Montparnasse Train Station and Tower are 5 minutes on foot, ideal for rail connections and panoramic views. Luxembourg Gardens are 2 km away. The lively Rue de la Gaîté offers numerous dining options. Public parking is available nearby at €35 per day, reservation not required.

Accommodation

Compact, newly renovated rooms with flat-screen TV, desk, hanging rail, and private bathroom with hairdryer.

Rooms are small but functional, with a comfortable bed, en suite shower, and basic toiletries. The interior walls and windows provide limited soundproofing; noise from corridors and street can be noticeable. No air conditioning is available; rooms can become hot in summer. Stairs are narrow with no elevator. Some rooms are near reception, which increases corridor noise. Windows can be opened for ventilation, but street noise may then be an issue.

Dining

No breakfast or restaurant on site; the surrounding street offers many cafés and restaurants.

L'Espérance does not serve breakfast or have an on-site restaurant. However, Rue de la Gaîté and the Montparnasse area are filled with cafés, bistros, and restaurants within a short walk. Reception can recommend nearby options for meals throughout the day.
