There is a large street market on Tuesdays and Fridays directly outside the hotel, which brings energy but also early-morning noise from 5 am. The area is well connected by metro line 2 (east-west) and bus routes, making car-free exploration practical. Several restaurants, bakeries, and bars are within 300 metres. The neighbourhood can feel less comfortable late at night, particularly for solo female travellers, and loading/unloading a car on the boulevard is difficult. Public transport to the city centre generally takes 20-30 minutes.

The hotel offers single, double, quadruple, family, and interconnected twin rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Noise from the street and from other rooms is a recurring concern; rooms on lower floors facing the street experience market and traffic noise, while some internal rooms are quieter. The bed and linens are generally considered comfortable and clean.

Breakfast includes bread, croissants, fresh pastries, cheese, fruit, juice, yogurt, coffee, and tea, with hot items sometimes limited (e.g. omelette, eggs). The selection is described as basic, and the available quantity can run low if breakfast is taken close to the 10:30 am closing time - arriving early is advisable.
