Despite the proximity to bustling tourist spots, the surrounding street is calm, offering a more authentic feel. Several restaurants, cafés, and a well-stocked supermarket are within 200-300 metres. For airport or mainland connections, Vaporetto line 5.1 stops at San Zaccaria, a short walk away. Parking is available at nearby garages in Piazzale Roma (about 15 minutes on foot or by water bus).

Several apartment layouts are available, ranging from one to three bedrooms, with most featuring a separate living room and one or two bathrooms. Some apartments include a private terrace - the top-floor units provide panoramic city views, while the 'Maisonette' has a balcony overlooking a canal. One of the deluxe apartments features a glass floor over an old brick well. All units are equipped with a modern kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk. The interior design blends modern furnishings with the character of a historic Venetian building. Note that some ground-floor apartments can be dark due to narrow surrounding streets, and a few units may have limited natural light. Rooms on higher floors are notably brighter and quieter.

Each apartment has a kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals. The surrounding area offers a variety of dining options within 300 metres, including Osteria Oliva Nera, Trattoria da Giorgio ai Greci, and Creperia Artigianale Casteo. A well-stocked supermarket is about 200 metres away for groceries. There is no on-site restaurant or bar. For those who prefer not to cook, the location provides easy access to many restaurants catering to different tastes.

Leisure amenities are not available on-site. The main relaxation feature is the private terrace found in select top-floor apartments, which provide outdoor space with city or rooftop views. For other leisure activities, the surrounding area offers gondola rides from a nearby quiet spot, and the major cultural attractions of Venice are within walking distance.
