Doge's Palace and Basilica San Marco are within 300 metres, and the San Zaccaria water-bus stop is a 3-minute walk, giving direct Alilaguna access from the airport. The apartment sits in a lively quarter with numerous trattorias, cafés, and shops immediately outside. Despite its central position, the internal courtyard-facing bedroom remains quiet, and the street-level entrance means only a single short flight of stairs. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away (40 minutes by water bus).

The apartment comprises two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (both with showers), and a living area with a comfortable sofa and work desk. Both bedrooms are generously sized, with comfortable beds, clean white linens, and wooden shutters that block light completely for a dark sleep. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea facilities, and all required utensils. Air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a safe deposit box are provided. The internal courtyard-facing bedroom is noticeably quieter than the street-facing one.

No restaurant or breakfast service is available at the property. The kitchenette is well supplied with equipment for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and tea facilities. Within 300 metres you will find Trattoria alla Rivetta, Taverna dei Dogi, Restaurant Terrazza Danieli, Birreria Al Vecio Penasa, Gelateria Sommariva, La Nuova Grotta, Trattoria Chinellato, and Trattoria Al Gazzettino (0.5 km), offering a wide variety of local Venetian cuisine and casual dining options.
