A tram stop (Port Lympia) is a 5-minute walk, linking directly to Nice Airport in 45 minutes, while a bus stop just outside the gate runs to Monaco, Menton, and central Nice. Nice Riquier train station (15 min walk) offers trains to Cannes and Italy. Several bakeries, grocery shops, and restaurants are within a 5-7 minute walk. The area handles well on foot for daily needs, but car-free guests will find the bus and tram network especially practical for reaching the city centre, the coast, and hilltop villages like Èze.

Each unit features a flat-screen TV, seating area, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, and dining area. One apartment has a private terrace; two offer a sea view or balcony with garden view and a marble fireplace. The one-bedroom apartment includes a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge, while studio options range from garden-level rooms to more spacious last-floor studios with painted ceilings or mosaic flooring. Rooms on the garden side are noticeably quieter and brighter; city-facing units are near the road but generally acceptable for those used to urban sound. A bakery, grocery shop, and several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to buy fresh bread and pastries each morning. Several cafés and pubs line the port area 5 minutes away.
