The hotel is 2 km from Venezia Santa Lucia train station and 14 km from Marco Polo Airport. A vaporetto (water bus) stop is just a 2-minute walk, and the People Mover tram station is an 8-minute walk, offering fast access to Piazzale Roma and the historic centre. For airport transfers, take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma, then the People Mover, or use the Alilaguna water bus which stops at Tronchetto. The cruise terminal is also reachable via the People Mover. The immediate area is quieter and more industrial than central Venice, but the excellent transport links make sightseeing straightforward.

Rooms are newly furnished with a contemporary design. Each includes a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Amenities include a minifridge, safe, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and heating. Kettles are available on request.
