The U-Bahn station Blissestraße is about 3 minutes away on foot, offering a 5-minute ride to Zoologischer Garten station and quick access to Kurfürstendamm (2 km), Messe Berlin (5 km), Potsdamer Platz (6 km), and Brandenburg Gate (7 km). Two supermarkets (including Lidl) and a bakery are within the same block. Numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisines are within a 5-minute walk: Garcon, Vino y Mar, Hage Ramen, and others. The area is safe, walkable, and well connected by public transport; the journey to Berlin Brandenburg Airport takes about 1 hour via transit.

Each private room is generously sized with large industrial windows, high ceilings, an inner courtyard view, a comfortable bed with hypoallergenic bedding, a desk, a sofa, a wardrobe, and plenty of storage - including a drying rack for clothes. The rooms are bright and benefit from natural light; however, the interior walls are thin and windows are single-glazed, meaning noise from neighboring rooms and the street can carry. A small fan is provided for warmer months, though the rooms can get warm and stuffy in summer. Street-facing rooms are noisier, while inner courtyard-facing rooms offer significantly more quiet. The bathrooms are shared among the rooms on the floor; there are three bathrooms with shower and toilet, which are cleaned twice a week, and users are expected to help maintain cleanliness. Heating is available via radiators, though some rooms lack a thermostat, requiring window opening to regulate temperature.
