The Zona Romantica is a 15-minute walk south, and the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center is 9 km away. Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport is 9 km from the hotel. For airport transfers, use Uber or the taxi stand directly outside the property, as no hotel shuttle is available. The area is very walkable, and many attractions are easily reached without a car.

Accommodations range from double rooms to multi-bedroom suites and family rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, air conditioning, wardrobes, safes, and flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Many suites feature private balconies with ocean or city views, and the duplex-style family suite includes a master bedroom upstairs with its own ensuite.
