The property is a 5-minute walk from Triana Bridge, linking to the city centre, and around 20-30 minutes on foot to the Alcázar, the Cathedral, and Plaza de España. Seville Airport is 12 km from the property. The Plaza de Armas bus station (with connections to surrounding towns) is within easy walking distance. The surrounding streets offer a wide range of restaurants, bars, and the Mercado de Triana, which is open daily. A Carrefour Express supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The neighbourhood feels safe and authentic, with a lively atmosphere at the main restaurant streets but quiet on the apartments' own block.

Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
