The apartments are 2 km from the Prague Astronomical Clock, about 18 minutes on foot or a short tram ride from Municipal House. The surrounding Letná district offers a wide choice of cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket (Lidl 5 minutes away), yet the street itself remains quiet. Tram lines connect directly to the city centre in 5-10 minutes, and the airport is 10 km away. The walk to Old Town Square or Charles Bridge takes roughly 20-30 minutes, with a section along the Vltava riverbank. Chotek Gardens, a historic park with city views, is within walking distance.

All units feature parquet or tile flooring, individual heating, and air conditioning. The Deluxe One-Bedroom (48 m2) suits couples and offers a bathroom with a shower cabin, a sitting area, and hotel slippers. The Deluxe Two-Bedroom (88 m2) is ideal for families, with two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed), two bathrooms and a separate living room. The Duplex Suite (top floor, 92 m2) sleeps up to eight guests over two levels, with a large skylight, two bathrooms and a bathtub. The Duplex Studio (41 m2) and Duplex One-Bedroom (55 m2) also sit on the 6th floor, providing city or courtyard views. Each apartment has a washing machine, ironing facilities and basic kitchenware; baby cots are available on request (fee may apply).

The kitchenettes include an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Basic cooking essentials and children's cutlery are provided. Grocery deliveries and wine/champagne are available for an extra charge. The immediate neighbourhood has a wide variety of eateries-Italian, Asian, traditional Czech pubs-within a 2-5 minute walk. A mini market and a café are located on the ground floor of the building, and a Lidl supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

Chotek Gardens, the oldest public park in Prague (1832), is within walking distance and provides benches and city views. The Prague Planetarium (1 km away) organises guided astronomical walks through the historic city. The nearby Letná park offers a panoramic viewpoint. Summer visitors can use a free audio guide for the Prague Market (1 km), which also holds flea markets and workshops. The DOX Centre for Contemporary Art (30-minute walk) hosts rotating exhibitions.

WiFi is free throughout. A paid shuttle service (Mercedes-Benz cars) is available on request. Private check-in/check-out is handled via a self-service kiosk; the building has key-card access, CCTV, and a safety deposit box for each apartment. A concierge is reachable by message or email. Daily housekeeping and grocery deliveries are available at an additional charge. No luggage storage is offered. The building is fully non-smoking and has family rooms.
