Casa Batlló (2 km), La Pedrera (2 km), and Passeig de Gràcia (19 minutes on foot) are all within easy reach. Nova Icaria Beach is 3 km away. The area is well served by taxis, buses, and the metro, making it easy to reach the airport (15 km) without a car. A variety of bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants (including several within 0.5 km) surround the building, making self-catering dining convenient.

All apartments feature a private entrance, air conditioning, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, and all units have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Most apartments have 2 bathrooms, but the penthouse has only one bathroom and two terraces.
