The neighbourhood offers many restaurants, pizzerias, and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. Free street parking is available nearby, though the area is better accessed by public transport.

Each of the three double rooms features a balcony, flat-screen TV, washing machine, wardrobe, and tiled floors. Soundproof walls help reduce noise, though some traffic sounds may still be heard in street-facing rooms. The shared bathroom has a glass shower door and a cord lock (not a key), and does not include a separate toilet - occupants of the other two rooms share the same facility.
