The hotel sits right on Boulevard de Strasbourg, 100 metres from Gare de l'Est, providing direct metro and RER connections across Paris and to CDG Airport (RER B to Gare du Nord then metro 5 or a short walk). Gare du Nord is a 5-minute walk. The 10th arrondissement is lively with numerous cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets within a block. Major sights are walkable: Place de la République is 12 minutes, and Sacré-Cœur, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame are within a 20-30 minute walk or a short metro ride.

Rooms are individually decorated and range from compact doubles to larger family rooms (triple/quadruple). Each room has a private bathroom with toiletries, a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms with balcony are stand-only, for viewing the street - not for sitting. There is no air conditioning; each room has a room heater. A fan can be provided on request. An electric kettle is available from reception. Some rooms may have uneven floors or dated furnishings. Twin rooms feature a bathtub; double rooms have a shower.

Breakfast includes fresh croissants, baguette, butter, jam, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and juice. The breakfast room seats about 12 people, so there may be a wait during peak times (8:00-9:00). Gluten-free options are not available. There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner. Several cafés, brasseries, and fast-food outlets are within a few minutes' walk on the same street.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre.
