CITADINES MONTMARTRE PARIS, Paris

The location is ideal for exploring both the entertainment district and the historic hilltop: Blanche and Place de Clichy metro stations are within a 5-minute walk, providing direct lines to the Champs-Élysées (10 minutes), Gare du Nord, and Saint-Lazare. Many restaurants, boulangeries, and shops line nearby Rue Lepic and the surrounding streets. The property is at the end of a dead-end road, so it remains relatively quiet despite being steps from the Moulin Rouge and the Pigalle nightlife area. Sacré-Coeur is a 15-minute uphill walk; the Eiffel Tower is 7 km away (30 minutes by metro).

Room sizes vary: studios are compact but functional, while one-bedroom apartments provide a separate bedroom with a door for privacy, plus a living area with a sofa bed. All rooms include a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-ring hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, cookware, and a dining table. Some studios have bathtubs, a few have stand-up showers - check room details at booking. All units have soundproofed walls, heating (no air conditioning; fans are provided in each room), a flat-screen satellite TV, ironing facilities, and a safety deposit box. The toilet is often in a separate room from the bathroom, which may require walking through the living area to reach a sink after use. Road-facing rooms can be noisier, while courtyard-facing rooms are noticeably quieter. A king-size double bed (140/200 cm) or two twin beds are available depending on the configuration. Linen and towels are provided. Laundry facilities (a laundromat) are available on the lower ground floor; there is no washing machine in the rooms.

Breakfast includes breads, pastries, cereal, scrambled eggs, limited meat and cheese options, fresh fruit, juice, and hot drinks. It can be busy, and some items may run out if you arrive late. A free hot-drink machine (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino) is available in the lounge throughout the day, even for non-breakfast guests. The property does not have a restaurant or bar, but there are numerous dining options within a 2-5-minute walk, including Au Pere Rousseau, Le Sanglier Bleu, Le Bistro de Montmartre, and Tifinagh Restaurant on the same street. The G20 supermarket is a 5-minute walk for self-catering supplies.

The 8th-floor rooftop terrace is open from roughly 10 AM to 10 PM, with seating and views stretching across the city to Sacré-Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. It is a notable feature for relaxing after sightseeing. Alcohol is not permitted on the terrace. No other wellness or sports facilities are on-site; nearby options include walking the Montmartre steps and exploring the adjacent Cimetière de Montmartre.
