The hotel sits on Rue Thénard, a peaceful lane just off Boulevard Saint-Germain. Cluny-La Sorbonne metro (line 10) is 250 m away, and Saint-Michel station (RER B) is a 7-minute walk, providing direct trains from CDG and Orly airports. Notre-Dame Cathedral is 500 m, the Panthéon a 7-minute walk, and the Luxembourg Gardens 12 minutes on foot. The surrounding area is filled with bistros, bookshops, and the lively Rue Mouffetard market. Despite the central location, the street itself remains quiet, and the area feels safe at all hours.

Rooms range from Classic Doubles to Superior Twins and Family Connecting Rooms (two adjoining rooms with separate bathrooms). Superior rooms on the 5th floor have a balcony, while a single room on the 6th floor offers a view of the Eiffel Tower. All rooms include a safe, hairdryer, desk, double-glazed windows, and daily housekeeping. The lift runs to the 5th floor; the three rooms on the 6th floor are reached via stairs. Classic Doubles have a fan in addition to air conditioning. Beds are comfortable, and staff can address mattress issues with a topper or room change. Room sizes are typical for central Paris - cosy but well-equipped. Cots are available in Twin Superior rooms (note: these are on the 6th floor with stairs).

Breakfast includes fresh orange juice, hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate), a selection of breads and Viennese pastries, fruit jams, honey, Nutella, cheese (Camembert, Saint Moret, Entremont), dry ham and rosette de Lyon, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, and hard-boiled or scrambled eggs. Vegan and gluten-free options are available on request - the hotel will purchase almond milk and gluten-free bread. The breakfast staff accommodate special diets and cooked items. There is no restaurant on-site, but the Latin Quarter offers many excellent dining options within a few steps. Breakfast can be taken as a takeaway if needed.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange airport transfers (€65 to CDG by taxi; €85 for two via partner). Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after checkout - including for multi-day gaps. The lounge provides a Macbook workstation and a shared kitchen. Daily housekeeping is free; laundry/dry cleaning has an additional charge. Safety includes 24-hour security, CCTV, and in-room safes. Accessibility: one ground-floor room and a lift to the 5th floor; the bathroom in that room has grab rails and a raised toilet. Family facilities: cots in Twin Superior rooms, board games, and adjoining rooms available. No pets allowed.
