The metro station and bus stops are immediately adjacent, making trips to the city centre (Puerta Jerez) quick and convenient - two stops by metro or about 10-15 minutes by bus. Triana Bridge is an 18-minute walk, and the Royal Alcázar, La Giralda, and Seville Cathedral are about 2 km away. Supermarkets, cafés, tapas bars, and restaurants are within a one-minute walk, and the area feels local rather than touristy. The building fronts a busy street, but windows provide good sound insulation.

Each apartment is clean, modern, and well-furnished with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning (individual units per room), heating, and a washing machine inside the unit (not shared). The one-bedroom apartment includes one living room, one separate bedroom, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. It has two beds (one large bed and one sofa bed). The two-bedroom apartment adds a second bedroom and a second bathroom, with four beds. The terrace and balcony are available and described as wonderful for relaxing after a day out. Rooms facing the park are quieter; those facing the road may hear some traffic, but insulation is good. Beds are comfortable, but some mattresses are firm. The apartments are bright, spacious, and feel new.
