MAINSTAY SUITES INDIANAPOLIS NORTHWEST - COLLEGE PARK, Zionsville

The hotel is set in the College Park area, 16 km from Indianapolis Motor Speedway and 11 km from the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Nearby attractions include Lucas Oil Stadium and the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, both a short drive away. Several chain restaurants - Ruby Tuesday, Texas Roadhouse, Denny's, and Arby's - are within 0.5 km, providing convenient dining options. The parking lot has been noted as unpaved or uneven in places, so plan accordingly. The area is car-dependent, but free on-site parking makes it straightforward.

Each unit comes with a full kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, two-burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Floor plans offer either one bed or two beds. The property has family rooms and non-smoking rooms throughout. Some units may feel dated, and cleanliness has been inconsistent - floors may not be thoroughly mopped and cabinets can show signs of water damage. Noise from hallways and adjacent rooms can be an issue, particularly on busy floors. For a quieter stay, request a room away from high-traffic areas. The building is secured with CCTV and smoke alarms.

The hotel advertises a buffet breakfast each morning, but the service has not been consistently available in practice. The nearest restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk, including Ruby Tuesday, Texas Roadhouse, Denny's, and Arby's. There are also vending machines for drinks and snacks on site.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi in all areas and free private parking on site with no reservation needed. Services include a 24-hour front desk, laundry for an additional charge, and vending machines for drinks and snacks. A picnic area is available outdoors. Pets are allowed for dogs under 16 kg with a deposit and fee structure. Accessibility features include wheelchair access, but ADA rooms with roll-in showers are not currently available (expected by May 2026). An elevator is being installed; meanwhile, mobility-impaired guests can be accommodated via a side door entryway. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Carte Blanche, and MasterCard. A $100 incidentals deposit is required.
