The neighbourhood feels safe during the day, but some side streets may feel less comfortable late at night. The location is ideal for travellers arriving by train or wanting easy access to public transport.

Accommodation is basic but well-maintained, with a focus on cleanliness and comfort. Some rooms are spacious, while others are more compact. Bed configurations can be specified at booking (double or twin). Rooms facing away from the street tend to be quieter. There is no refrigerator, minibar, or balcony in any room. A kettle can be borrowed from reception. The lift provides access to upper floors, and the hotel is non-smoking throughout. Daily cleaning is provided, but towels are not replaced daily unless requested.

The breakfast is simple but good value, with fresh bread, yoghurt, and excellent coffee. It is served from early morning, and staff may accommodate earlier times if needed.
