Termini metro and train station is within 800 metres, connecting directly to all major sights, the airport, and beyond. Piazza Barberini is 1 km away, and Villa Borghese is a 15-minute walk. The neighbourhood is well served by restaurants, bars, and a supermarket (Conad a 5-minute walk). The street is calm and feels safe, even at night, with controlled building access. Walking to the Colosseum takes about 20-30 minutes, Trevi Fountain about 15 minutes, and Vatican City is a short metro ride.

Room types include double, triple, and quadruple configurations. Beds are generally comfortable, but some double rooms only have one double bed (sofa beds may be used for extra guests). Space is limited; larger luggage may be better kept in the wardrobe. The private bathrooms are very small, with a shower that often uses a short curtain instead of a door, causing water to splash. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal-hallway and neighbour noise carries easily. A shared kitchen area on the 4th floor provides a microwave, sink, and vending machines. Hairdryers are provided in every room; irons are available on request.

The property does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. A coffee and snack vending machine is available on the 4th floor (coins only). For a fuller meal, there are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, Korean, and Chinese options. A supermarket (Conad) is a 5-minute walk for groceries. For guests who prefer to eat in, the 4th-floor common area has a microwave.
