For events at the Rome Olympic Stadium, a bus ride of approximately 15 minutes is needed. The immediate area offers good connectivity to buses, trams, and the metro, reducing the need for a car. The property does not have on-site parking.

Accommodation choices include standard double rooms, quadruple rooms (with one king-size bed and two single beds), and a two-level apartment with a king bed and a sofa bed sleeping two. Private bathrooms are available; in some room types the bathroom is external but private (4-5 metres from the room on the same floor), while quadruple rooms and apartments have the bathroom inside. All rooms feature a minibar and coffee machine (kettles available on request). Rooms with a balcony are offered subject to availability. The apartment adds a kitchenette with cookware and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is included. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are provided free of charge. Note that some rooms are in a building without a lift.
