No rooms have private balconies-exterior entrances lead to a common walkway on each floor. Ocean-view rooms start from the second floor and are available in king, queen, and double-bed configurations. Two-bedroom suites (with either 2 queen beds or 4 double beds) offer ocean views and are equipped with a full kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, cookware). Standard rooms without a view are located in the building across the street; these units are generally quieter and have lawn/pond outlooks. All rooms feature air conditioning, a hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Bathroom layouts vary: some place the vanity outside the shower area, which can be less convenient for families. Renovations are ongoing, and some rooms have updated bathrooms and kitchenettes, while others remain older and more basic.
