JR Meguro Station is approximately 7 minutes on foot, though the route involves a steep slope - the walk back to the hotel is uphill. An alternative, less steep path is available but takes longer. The area is well served by convenience stores (Seven-Eleven and My Basket), supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants within a few hundred metres. Nearby landmarks include Daienji Temple (3-minute walk), Kume Museum of Art (6-minute walk), and Meguro Gajoen (8-minute walk). For airport transfers, Haneda Airport is 14 km away; no airport shuttle is available, so a taxi or car is recommended.

Each double room is unusually large for Tokyo, featuring a king-size bed with two types of pillows, soundproof walls, air conditioning, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and adjustable lighting via a console. The bathroom is split into separate zones: a toilet room with a bidet, a shower area with a jacuzzi bath, and a separate sauna room that can fit two people. The rooms are decorated in a Renaissance Europe style and are well-maintained. Additional amenities include a microwave, electric kettle, mini-fridge, drip coffee, a selection of teas, wine glasses, an air purifier, and a generous set of toiletries including face packs, lotions, and a hair straightener. The rooms are dated in décor but comfortable and exceptionally clean. Rooms do not have balconies.

The hotel does not operate any restaurant or serve breakfast. Guests can prepare simple meals in the room using the microwave, electric kettle, and mini-fridge. A welcome drink is provided, and complimentary drip coffee, green tea, and plum tea are in the room. Room service is available for ordering food and drinks, delivered without face-to-face contact.
