Alexanderplatz Underground Station is also a 2-minute walk away, providing direct S-Bahn connections to Berlin Main Train Station (10 minutes) and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (35 minutes). The main attractions of Museum Island (2 km), Hackescher Markt (2 km), and the Prenzlauer Berg district (3 km) are easily reached. The immediate area is lively and well-served by public transport, including tram lines running directly outside the building. Several supermarkets are within a 3-minute walk. The neighbourhood is vibrant, though the immediate street can be noisy from tram and traffic sounds; rooms facing the courtyard offer a much quieter experience.

The apartments are decorated in a modern style and feature a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and cookware). Some units include a dishwasher. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom with a bath or shower (free toiletries provided), and a wardrobe. A limited number of apartments include a private balcony. The building has no air conditioning, though a standing fan can be requested and delivered to the room. The rooms are compact for two people; street-facing apartments are subject to significant noise from trams and traffic at all hours, especially with windows open. Courtyard-facing rooms are noticeably quieter but still may hear internal building sounds.
